“Young Mason’s Forum” Speaker: Wor. Bro. Jeremy Manuel Silva

Recruitment and retention are among the largest challenges we face in Freemasonry. Often,

we speak about the importance of bringing new and young men into our Lodges to help grow and

strengthen our Craft for the next generation of Masons. What can we, as a Fraternity, do to keep these

young men engaged and coming back? Worshipful Jeremy Silva of Fellowship Lodge will lead a

discussion focused on these very topics and will take questions from those on the sidelines to get a point-

of-view we don’t always hear in meetings.
